Anna's 63rd Street Cafe in Sea Isle City strikes a familiar balance between a casual beach-town hangout and a dependable spot for a morning or midday bite. Located just steps from the shore, it naturally draws a mix of local families, vacationers, and anyone looking for a relaxed but well-prepared meal to start the day or recharge after some beach time.

The atmosphere inside is clean and inviting, with friendly staff who keep things running smoothly even during busy stretches. It’s the kind of place where you can swing by solo for coffee and a quick bite or bring a group without feeling rushed. People often linger over their drinks or chat while waiting for food, which fits comfortably with the neighborhood’s easygoing pace.

On the menu, the café leans into classic breakfast and lunch fare with some thoughtful twists. The bagels and lattes stand out as crowd-pleasers, but you’ll also find heartier options like quesadillas and avocado toast with a range of toppings—from just chili flakes and lemon juice to the added richness of poached eggs and bacon. Kids have their own section offering simple favorites, which makes this a convenient stop for families.

Morning and early afternoon visits seem best for catching the café at its liveliest yet manageable pace. Locals and seasonal visitors alike appreciate smoothies and crepes for something lighter or more indulgent, while the savory paninis, especially those with creative ingredients like buffalo sauce, have earned repeat loyalists.

  • Great spot after a beach walk or before heading out for the day
  • Appeals to families, health-conscious diners, and casual coffee lovers
  • Friendly staff maintain a welcoming vibe even when busy
  • Menu offers a good balance between hearty and lighter choices

Overall, Anna's 63rd Street Cafe fits the Sea Isle City scene as a straightforward, no-fuss café where you can count on quality coffee, fresh ingredients, and a setting that feels both local and accessible. It’s particularly suited for morning meet-ups, casual breakfasts, or any time you need a convenient and pleasant break close to the beachside rhythm.

The Churro French toast with just a touch of cream cheese and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar was absolutely delicious. The crepes with yogurt and fruit looks huge - but it was light and airy. Absolutely delicious. The shakes were thick, the lattes were great. No complaint on the food. We went with large group and another large group was there at the same time. It seemed a challenge for the staff. But the food made the wait and a few mixups on order worth it. Yum. Highly recommend. (If you are looking for a regular egg bacon and toast breakfast - Rick’s across the parking lot is wonderful (love it) - but if you want something fresh and healthy / Anna’s is a better choice).

Most excellent breakfast paninis. Had the buffalo earlier in the week and a sausage egg and cheese today. Both tasted awesome and were put together well. The Buffalo was a great idea. Will definitely be back.

Smoothies are fantastic (I had the mango madness!) And the crepes are also delicious (this is the strawberry dream with sweetened cream cheese). They have really healthy choices for breakfast and lunch and are right near the beach.

We loved it here! Easy to walk to from the house we were staying at, nice and clean, employees were sweet and the coffee and bagels were delicious! We went almost everyday, even on our way back home we had to stop!

A good find for those looking for real espresso which we struggled to find in the area. Table service was prompt and food was tasty.
